CAM-WOOD Edgebanders are designed & engineered with quality components primarily
used in larger more expensive machines. Feed chain is supported by a dual guide
system to ensure even wear & consistent, repeatable performance for years to
come.

(when edgebanding 2 mm PVC, max thickness is 22 mm or 3/4”) - Automatic feed of coil banding and semi-automatic strip fed magazine (strips 1-
2 mm max.) with 2 mm PVC cap. guillotine.
- Automatic feed of coil banding and semi-automatic strip fed magazine.
- Teflon coated glue pot w/fast (10-12) Min heat-up time.
- Guillotine unit to cut edgebanding in coils up to 2 mm thick.
- Single end trimming unit with pneumatic power knife to cut at 90° flush to the leading
and trailing edges of the panel.
- Top & bottom High Frequency flush trims (0.5 HP - 12,000 RPM HF motors).
- Includes (2) 2 mm radius cutters.
- 0.35 HP Feed drive for a feed rate of 15 FPM; feed chain with rubberized surface
of pads.
- Sound enclosure protects the operator from noise and debris.
- Special design “track frame” to eliminate feed chain side-to-side movement after
years of use.
- Rubberized holddown rollers with ball bearings for low friction and long life.
